Jade Geesaman — On-Site Supervisor, Lead Preschool Teacher
Jade currently holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is attending Western Iowa Tech Community College, where she is pursuing her associate degree in Early Childhood Development. She has been working with children since she was 14 years old, and becoming a mother to two of her own has only strengthened her passion for early childhood education.
She strives to meet the individual needs of each child by taking the time to understand their personality, interests, strengths, and areas where they may need additional support. She understands that every child learns and develops differently and works to create an environment where each child feels comfortable, included, safe, and supported. Building strong relationships with families is also important to her, as open communication helps provide consistency and support for each child both at home and in the classroom.
Watching children learn, grow, and reach new milestones is what inspires her each day. She is passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and helping them feel loved, encouraged, and confident as they develop.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, making memories, and enjoying the little moments with the people she loves!
